Friendly ppl for the most part. My appointment was from 3:00 to 3:30, they were very specific on phone about appointment time, but I didn't get out of there till little after 4. But I have to say it went quicker than I would have thought.
Great experience, the employee even talked with me about consolidating my student loans, as well as referenced me to place that she uses herself!!
Worst experience ever. Getting yelled at and then have them act like nothing is wrong afterwards. They need a clean up.
Everytime I have ever had to go to this office it has been an experience to remember. Worst customer service ever. The black lady yells at people and is extremely rude, and forgive you if you have to ask her a question cause I'm sure you are going make her made for asking a question. The poor lady in the back actually working on your taxes is getting unprofessional phone calls from her supervisor while she trying to assist customers. Her boss is calling to question about her potty breaks. This has happen on a few occasions that I witnessed. If you have to go, go early and pack a lunch. They will kick everyone out at lunch time and make everyone start the waiting process all over again. Bottom line GOOD LUCK and my God have mercy on your soul.
I don't know why they have this office, they say call the number, you need talk with the general office.
