Great food. Most of the times I have gone the drive through line has taken 20+ minutes. I love the express pickup on the app though!
Today was not my day and when I got to work and found that I left my laptop at home and then I had left my lunch at home as well, I decided I would order Panera through my phone. For some unknown reason I messed that up to and instead of placing an order for delivery I placed it for rapid pick up. once I realize my mistake I tried very hard to get a hold of them however they are very busy they're very popular so I was not able to Through. I even accidentally contacted their catering company where I talk to a very nice gentleman who offered to help me contact the store that I ordered through. not two minutes later the same gentleman contacted me personally to tell me that this location had already seen my order realized it was for delivery because of my comment and was willing to deliver it to me anyways. the delivery lady when she got here was extremely nice and was not rude at all about my mistake. I had a wonderful experience And i highly recommend this location. thank you very much to everybody that worked today.
I generally love Panera Bread, however this location has a lot of issues with service. Tonight I ordered a salad with chicken which had No chicken at all, and brown old lettuce. Also salad about half the size as usual. I ordered coffee which appeared to be a cup of milk with a couple of drops of coffee added which was ice cold. Unfortunately I picked my order up on my way to work so I could not go back and get it corrected. When I spoke to the so called manager they did not even offer to deliver me the correct order, and I believe they do offer delivery. Not sure I will be returning to this location as this is not the first issue I have had with the Nicholasville Road store.
I am a fan of chicken salad sandwich. After seeing many commerical about Panera I decided to spend more than I usually do on lunch. The Blood Orange lemonade was the best part of my $12 meal. The chicken salad was bland. The black bean soup was too spicy and both breads were tough. Even the orange turnover failed to impress...too much baking soda. Signed: Broke and disappointed.
The soup was luke warm. The Chicken Tortellini Alfredo pasta was a mixture of warm and cool spots and included pieces that were drier, possibly from being older. In general I enjoy Panera Bread: my wife and I eat at other Panera Breads regularly. This restaurant did not have the excuse of being busy, so I will not be returning to this particular Panera Bread restaurant again.
