Milward Funeral Directors at Broadway has always been a place of solace in our time of need. From my grandmother (1965), to my father (2000), my brother (2008) and my mother (2015), the staff has always been kind, courteous, and very professional.
Not big on compassion. The staff was very unfriendly, never a smile, never a genuinely kind word. Save yourself a lot of regret and take your loved ones to a funeral home that at least pretends to care about you and your lost loved one.
Milward Funeral Directors provided excellent service when my dad passed away a few weeks ago. They were caring, compassionate and professional. We appreciate the time they took to help us plan Dad's visitation and graveside service. My mom was especially appreciative that they answered all of her questions and offered suggestions that would help all of us cope with our loss.
