I left something important behind and Annie tracked me down to get it returned. I use this place because of it's cleanliness, even though there's a place closer to where I live. Thanks again Annie, your a life saver
I came in tonight to do laundry, and was accused by another customer of stealing from her wallet. While waiting for the police to come by, the customer AND the attendant openly talked about how I was a thief, when I obviously am not. (Happily let the police look through my bag and pockets, nothing other than cookie crisps in my wallet!)
I just needed to use the dryers here because the ones at my apartment complex suck. I get to the location at 9:35 which is awesome in my mind, it was close and I only need 20 minutes to finish drying. The lady has someone that doesn't work there lock the door on me. It says you are open until 10:45 but I guess that means something else there entirely. I had to go to the other side of town because they didn't want my business. Thanks for wasting my time and I certainly wouldn't ever go back here.
I've been going to this laundromat for two years. Usually the experience is fine but today, when the change machine ate my $20, instead of admitting that these machines screw up sometimes and giving my fiance a refund, he got accused of using counterfeit money. When I called to sort this out, customer service was rude and just spoke over me the whole time. I may or may not get a refund.
I have been in a few times because it's always clean and the staff was always friendly, but I won't be coming back again.
I sure hope the other employees have better tact when it comes to dealing with customer disputes. She never should have openly gave an opinion about me, regardless if she knew the customer.
The dryers eat up your quarters. Second the attendant who was on duty was being sarcastic about who do I work for. Quit frankly none of her business but she would not shut up until I told her. Then she started blabbing about how my employer brings the towels in to be washed and that we was nasty. She put me on blast in front of everyone in the laundry mat. I was threatened to be thrown out of the laundry mat if I didn't tell my boss to rinse out his towels before entering the laundry mat. She was rude and disrespectful towards me. I was not there on business. I was there washing fifty gallons of infant clothes to be gifted to a new mother. Do I really have to be harassed while minding my own business? She should try welcoming the customers with a smile because with those dryer prices and her attitude she is scaring their own business away.
