Worst location in town. Ordering here, we have to make sure no order involves any changes/switching of ingredients. It will never come out as you asked. I've spent more time telling the staff how they screwed up the order again than I care to admit. Staff is incredibly rude. Harrodsburg road is the only location worth going to anymore.
While the lines are known for being very long at this location it is generally worth the wait. Most of the other Taco Bells around Lexington are faster but at the expense of cleanliness and quality. Will be back.
Work night shift and I get there late a lot of times, fully understand wanting to be done but multiple times I get there at least 30 minutes before they're supposed to close and either ignored or someone comes over the com and acts like a default saying they're closed. If you don't want to work your hours you're paid, get a new job.
Hate to complain but every time I go to this location and drive back home (like 1/2 mile away) my food is barely warm or cold. This is the only location I've had this issue with. This weekend I drove across town to see if the same issue would occur with a different location and I got home and it was great. its worth the drive to go to a different location.
Late night munchies or a quick snack is why I stop by.
The store runs well and lines go quickly and food is tasty.
