Amazing food and drink options, nice and clean theatre, and great comfortable seating with the reclining chairs. It is more expensive as a result.
I purchased the down front, no steps handicapped seat since I can no longer walk up steps. We get to the theater early enough and Wa la there a couple self entitled young people in them. I told them I had purchased those seats and they argued with me and said these were their seats. I was walking back out to the front to get someone to remove these two thugs and finally an employee showed up delivering food to another patron. She ask them for their tickets, after they steadfastly denied being in the wrong seats and after she confirmed my tickets were correct section. Then they finally produced their tickets but for level C! By then, the movie is already going. They had to have the last word then saying they liked level C better anyways! Well if they did then why did I have to hunt down a theater employee to throw them out of my seats long after the movie was started. I was never offered anything for my inconvenience, not even an apology. If your company is going to sell handicapped seating, then perhaps you should enforce the priority seats since these young people won't move even when they are caught! Lastly, no phone number was provided for me to call for help and if I had to walk back to the front for help I was leaving with my money back! Handicapped people can barely walk to the seat and you expect us to chase you down to get to sit in my seat. Whatever happened to usher's that use to enforce seats? Perhaps I am old school but your seating issues are unbelievable. For the price I paid, I should not have had the hassle that I had!
Deserves ZERO stars today. It's Christmas day and they ran out of water bottles. So their solution was to charge customers $6 for a cup of water from the sink. I get that things run out sometimes, but to burden customers because of an organizational mistake is simply asinine. Nobody pays for cups of water in America. Sad!
Fantastic seats. Great sound. Would love for the exit sign to not light up a good portion of the right side of the scree.. but if I ever need it I'll certainly know where it is!
Nice, spacious, clean, large screens, good sound quality. The individual theater seats give you plenty of room. The recline is not as comfortable as it pushes my head forward unless reclined all the way, perhaps more a problem for shorter stature people, but it makes for not as comfortable a viewing experience. The rest of seat is comfortable with plush seating, ample cup room and comfortable side arm cushion. Wish head rest was adjustable or perhaps the automatic settings cold be adjusted to address this.
