Lots of potential, but badly in need of updating. Too many things don't work and little had changed in the last 4 years. Kids quickly tire of it.
We came here for our Granddaughters 2nd Birthday Party and it was a Blast! Really enjoyed visiting here and the staff and/or Volunteers were very friendly and helpful!
The Explorium is a wonderful safe place for kids to learn and blow off steam! They are currently renovating so there are good things to look forward to also.
The Explorium is a great, hands-on family environment that inspires creativity and imagination. Anyone with a curious nature will enjoy what’s offered at the Explorium, from: Kentucky’s History and building Native American Housing, to digging fossils and learning about arthropods. From infants to grandparents, the whole family will have fun!
Great place for kids (and adults) of all ages! Something wonderful for everyone. Informative, creative and fun exploration of the world around us! My son loved it, age was 5 at the time. I will take him again as he gets older.
