This lady with gray hair and glasses, looked like she was about 5'0 she is very short and she look about in her 60's, I was waiting to take my drivers test and this Korean lady walked up and was about to do her eye test and this lady starts yelling at her. Then they Korean lady could not understand what this women was saying and she started to mock the Korean lady, just being very rude. Then she did the same thing to the Korean gentlemen that was next. Very dissapointed in how the staff treated not one but two people of different ethnicitie. Very rude.
I was on hold trying to contact the kentucky state police for thirty minutes. When the person picked up the phone they said they were closing soon and I couldn't schedule a driver's test.
I've been trying to get a call through for months now and they won't answer the phone. This shows how incompetent certain branches of our local government can be.

I got my Permit a few months ago. The person at the counter for the vision test was very impolite. He was bald, older (late 50's - early 60's) with glasses I believe and he wore a KSP shirt. He told me to do the vision test and look in the box, I did and he asked me to tell him what column (2 for example) said. I said "Which column?" and he rudely said "2!" very loudly. I said "The second one across or from the top?" He was very impatient with me. He just stared at me like I was crazy for about a minute and then decided he would stop replying to me. I stood there for 5 mins trying to understand what he was talking about. After I was done, he said "Ok, you're done." And walked away. I just assumed I was suppose to go to a computer and start my test. After looking at a random computer for about 3 min with him just staring at me (laughing). I looked at him questioning what was going on. He said "I didn't assign you to a number yet. You're number ___" (previous to this conversation he walked away and left me) and I took my test and it said I passed. So I went back to him while he was getting the papers and he said very rudely and loudly my name. He said "You passed". I was very happy that I passed but this experience was horrific and makes me never want to go back because of this man. I also heard him talking very rudely to other people while I was waiting.
