Great company to work for! Keller Williams has the tools, resources, and systems to make real estate agents successful. I enjoy working with the Bluegrass office because it's convenient to my home, the leadership is very helpful, and the agents are professional, knowledgeable, and kind overall. They constantly have classes to help agents better themselves and learn the latest and greatest marketing tips!
I do not recommend leasing or renting through Debbie Adams. I have had nothing but problems since they bought out the previous landlord 2 months before my lease term started. They only work to accommodate themselves, making things extremely difficult and inconvenient for you and/or your roommates. I was unable to move-in on the agreed upon date that was set when signing my lease, I was not notified of any major construction that would be happening on both the inside and outside of the unit I was living in, and the construction has lasted the 5 out 7 months I have been living in the unit. I was expected to remove all items out of the bedroom and half of my living room over a weekend, with no offering of a storage closet or allowance for a storage unit to store my furnature/clothes/end tables. A rent reduction was given, but only for 2 months of the construction. The construction is still unfinished (I do not have a balcony) and I was told there would not be a rent reduction for it. The construction crew is messy, leaving behind old drywall pieces, carpet pieces, blinds, rusted nails, and receptacle hardware on the floor. I was expected to clean it up and dispose of it properly. They have also left behind cups from lunch and have rummaged through my apartment looking for trash bags to fill with unwanted hardware but leave on the floor for me to take to the dumpster. I do not expect the construction to be finished by the time I move out. Again, if the property you are looking at is owned by Debbie Adams, I highly suggest you keep looking unless you are okay with many inconveniences and doing a lot of things yourself at your own expense.
