Never heard of a reliable , dependable, highly skilled , honest Contractor going door to door trying to get business !! Guess these folks do in Lexington! Ethan ( employee?) knocks upon doors.. word of mouth referrals from family and great friends best way to find quality services !!
Went around the neighborhood looking for work I guess the man asked if he could have my number and ever since they have called every damn day won't leave me alone stocking me almost,,, I don't want your damn gutters leave me alone!!!
I will admit I had never heard of company until someone canvassing my neighborhood came to my door. I was given a fair price and they did quality work installing my roof. Would recommend.
We scheduled a free quote to have all the windows replaced in our home. When they called to confirm our first set appointment they called me 6 times within 2 hours. I was working and could not answer the phone. The 6th time, I finally answered, explained I was working and would need to call them back. I called back and rescheduled my appointment. The day before the scheduled appointment, they called 2 times within the hour and I answered the second time. The woman on the phone was adamant about my fiance being home. She asked questions like, "Will he be there?" When I explained his schedule is erratic sometimes, she wanted to reschedule a time when we both would be there and asked, "Will you be able to write us a check without him there?" I explained that I thought this was a free consultation and we would be comparing prices with other companies. She then still wanted to ensure we would both be there for the appointment. I told her, "I am able to make a decision on my own." She said, "Well, you just said that you couldn't. And we have a strict policy that both parties are there." I told her, "He is not even on the deed. But let's just cancel my appointment. thanks, bye bye." And I hung up. I don't know what the deal was but I feel very disrespected. I got nothing but a sexist response, and from another woman!! They would not come unless the man was present? When the house is only legally owned by me. Just because of that, they possibly lost out on replacing upwards of 20-25 windows. I would not give them my business.
