Great customer service, and the only boots i trust to protect my feet and give me comfort... I've tried many different types, 5.11, danners, rocky, under armour... but nothing compares to the quality and comfort

I would give it no stars but you can't. 1st was sent boots with one missing an insole, after buying some wore them to work only one of the boots kept hurting my ankle noticed it was not as good of craftsmanship as the one that felt great all day went home seen on box they shipped the word "seconds" So I figured out they sent me factory seconds (at least one) when I paid for factory First boots and now have been waiting over 3 weeks since I paid for my boots and still NO BOOTS
