Staff is awesome!! Never had any issues always clean safe & never had any weather issues.
We used them because they offered a 50% off promo code for the first month, and we only needed storage for one month. It was definitely the best deal in town because of that discount. Be prepared to go thru an in depth registration process though.
The Manager, was very friendly and very knowlegable about the Storage Bin we-me and my wife needed. So excited, we rented a Unit ASAP and received a Discount, for the first Month
My husband and I had rented units at this location for over 15 years, always paying on time. We were moving items out of the last unit, and were 2 hours late (due to illness) in getting the lock off the door and were charged $159 for an entire month's rent. I called and explained the situation to them and was repeatedly told that the rental agreement clearly indicated that the lock had to be off the door by 8AM or fees would be processed. I told them I understood the agreement but asked if they would consider waiving the fee since we had been a customer for so long and had paid over $25,000 in rental fees at that location over the years. They refused and told me that they would be happy to send me a copy of our agreement. Very disheartening!
No cameras, my room got broken into And I was never told all because I was late on my bill (close to 2 weeks late)
