The staff at the Visitors Center was absolutely amazing. We were in Lexington for a conference and had some time to look around but we didn't know where to start. The staff gave us good advice on what to see in the short time that we had. They welcomed us with warm smiles and even took pictures of our group with a beautifully painted statue of Big Lex!
Friendliest Visitor Center I have visited. Very knowledgeable staff. Gave wonderful suggestions for my limited time in Lexington. Definitely had to return another time to enjoy their other suggestions.
The lady working the day I visited was very friendly and helpful with free maps of nearby places to visit.
Convenient location in downtown amongst the bars and restaurants.
The staff here was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They told us many ideas we decided to do the walking tour, which was centered on this location. They validated our 6$ parking fee. When I was leaving I felt like giving them a hug.
