Great Massage and very helpful staff. There are rules about the membership that you need to make sure you understand and then take advantage of the extra massages every month. Well worth it!
I purchased $200 in gift certificates for my Mom, daughter, sister and myself in Dec 2015. I did not realize it was 9 months instead of a year. My Dad had a stroke, heart attacks and diagnosed w Parkinson's. We spent the year in hospital before he passed 10 months later. I then became very ill myself and was placed in hospital. I came home with a pic line. I realized we were just short of the deadline and I called about 3 days after the expiration. I asked if we could use them even though we were just a few days passed the cut off. I explained our issues with illnesses. She explained 'No we can't." Not even "I'm sorry". She then asked if we would like to book another one.
I will never recommend Massage Envy again. I understand deadlines, but there are always extenuating circumstances and to not even care is just sad. You reap what you sow! I lost $200 but learned a valuable lesson. I always putchasex certificates from them for Christmas gifts but never again!!
Overall solid experience, went in for a much needed massage, scheduled the day before, woke up with a crick I needed work on, had the pleasure of being taken care of by Latrice. She was very professional, courteous, and considerate. She had an excellent rhythm with my breath, and an intuitive understanding of when and how much pressure was necessary to release my tension areas. Thanks
Stephanie was great!!!!!!!,,,, the only thing i didn't like was the noise outside of the room while i was getting my massage. It interrupted my relaxation.
