Great service when I bought the bike and anytime I've gone in for repairs. I upgraded from a retail store bike to a Trek 2.0 in 2013. Great bike and the women's model fits me well.

My husband and I were first-time bicycle buyers. After researching and determining that we wanted to go with the Trek brand, we went in to Scheller's to test out some bikes. From start to finish, Andy was INCREDIBLY helpful, answering every single question we had(which was A LOT) and giving us the most helpful advice he could. He didn't pressure us into buying anything specifically, but he allowed us to make decisions based off what he suggested! While he installed bottle holders, lights, etc, one of his people helped us install our bike rack onto our car even though we didn't buy it from them...did I mention it was raining?! After getting our bikes home and going for a ride on our own, my husband decided he wanted to return his and upgrade-Andy allowed him to make the switch and ordered the bike my husband requested.
Always enjoyed going by this bike shop not only for the bikes, apparel, and such, but for the AWESOME level of customer service. Natasha is the absolute best!! She not only knows her stuff but she is super accomodating to get you exactly what you want and will never sell you on something that won't fit your needs.
Can't say enough about the awesome staff at this Scheller's store. Both Denile and Andy are incredibly knowledgeable and great resources for cyclists from novice riders to the most experienced. They're also just plain good people. Trust them completely!
I have purchase all 3 of my bikes at Schellers. Andy has been great with helping me choose which bikes were great and taking price into consideration. I have had them in for tune ups several times and he keeps them working well. He has always been very friendly as is the rest of the staff. I brought my bike in for an adjustment and expected to have it there a couple of days and he insisted he could quickly look at it. He resolved my issue within a few minutes and took the time to tell me how to avoid it in the future. This is why I buy local! I recommend this store and staff to anyone who needs a bike or service. They will be honest and never try to sell you something you don't need. Great store and great staff!
