Great clothes at an amazing price!
Not good service and choices to buy of styles.
I just had the worst experience. I have never been so insulted at a store where I spent my money. They have the worst employees ever. For my Easter outfit I decided to stop and buy a hat and shoes in a hurry and not realizing until I got home (way across town) the shoes were too big. So about a week later when I went in to return the shoes the cashier actually said to me I will go ahead and issue the refund this time but the shoes look worn. Keep in mind these were just a pair of $20 sandals so she actually accused me of being so desperate for that small amount of money that I would bring back a pair of worn shoes. I used more than that is gas buying a replacement pair of shoes for Easter and taking them back. I make more money in one day than that store worker makes all week and she had a lot of nerve saying that to me. Plus this store in Lexington is not even as good as the ones out of town. I would recommend visiting an out of town Cato's and skip this store they have for sure lost my business and anyone I can tell about this horrible experience.
My wife was 8months pregnant. She was shopping with a friend and as any pregnant woman at that stage with a baby against her bladder...she had to use the restroom. She asked an employee on the floor if she could use the rest room, that she was about to have an " accident". The employee said "no, unless you are making a purchase".My wife said " I am planning to, but I need to use the restroom first". The employee stated " you can use the restroom after your purchase". My wife left immediately to try and make it somewhere to use a restroom, and had to go to Magic Mart...where the bathrooms are in the back of the store. Luckily she made it. Needless to say she will never go back.
I can always find cute plus sized clothing for a decent price here.
