I usually have no complaints about this store. All forever 21's are usually the same that I go into. But the other day I went to the Fayette Mall location to purchase a dress and an accessory, but on my way out I noticed the phone cases in the isle of the register. I have been needing a phone case for my new phone badly, so I was there for a while looking through the to find one I liked. After finding one I liked I went back to the cashier and purchased it and immediately went to putting it on my phone. After opening it I noticed it didn't fit it! So I asked the cashier if there was anyway to return it or exchange it out at the least. They got the manager for me and she told me she basically couldn't exchange it because she wouldnt be able to "resell" it from the damage I did to the package when opening it. Now, let me say I know this is my fault for opening it up and not fully reading what phone this case fit. BUT the only reason I am complaining is because I pointed out to the manager that there was a phone case hanging out for sell currently that was in a dingy plastic bag, no price tag, nothing. I asked her why she couldn't do the same for this product and She explained that that specific case had the headphones stolen from it and that's why they put it in a plastic bag, which still made no type of sense to me because my my product had nothing stolen from it, was in good enough shape to still be rung up at the register . It also made no sense to me because EVERYDAY this specifc store has a sale of damaged items, or items missing something from them but they couldn't return the item I just opened in the store because the packaging wasn't presentable anymore. If I could post a photo of the package I would because it was nothing they couldn't add a pievmce of tape to and fix. It was just bad customer service in my opinion and I have been in customer service for over 8 years. I currently work at a well known store that returns or exchanges used or non used BEAUTY products regardless of the date, but yet this store can't honor one return or even an exchange for a product that was just opened right in front of them.
Horrible!! Your better off ordering online or just going to a different location because the store is a MESS.They're always under staffed and the employees do not do anything! Went there yesterday hoping to find something cute I could wear to and up coming concert but not only did I not receive a receipt for my items but they left a sensor in one of my clothes. It took me hours to find what I was looking for because the store is such a mess and the employees are clueless. They always have one cashier and 20 people who need to check out and they always take forever. I went yesterday to obtain my receipt that was never given to me but now I have to go back tomorrow to get them to take off a security tag. I hope corporate reads this because I will NOT be going back there thank-you!
Terrible service. I was in the store on Sunday with my sister to look for a specific shirt that my mother wanted for her birthday. We went up to a sales associate and asked about it since we couldn't find it, the lady rolled her eyes and said, "Sorry, can't help you!" and walked off. We just left after that experience. We will not be coming to this location again.
The absolute WORST Forever 21 you can go to!!! The store is a complete MESS/DISASTER. I honestly don't understand how employees even work there.
I was just in there today, and the girl that was working there today said “My card wasn’t signed in the back.” I told her it was signed, it just wore out. And she still had an attitude with me, and me being nice. I said that I would sign it in the store and she said that I couldn’t sign it in there?!?!?! So all my time in that store shopping and picking out my stuff to buy, was for pure nothing!!!!!!!!!! The girl thought she was something, it’s like she tried to act like a bad “b!” This will be my freaking last time ever going in that stupid over priced preppy feeling store. But I have to say there is one girl in there with beautiful green and black hair, that is a sweetheart.
