They like to pick holes in your teeth with their picks especially the bottom teeth, its easier for them too, that way you can vist them throughout the years and thats how a tooth specialist makes over 90k to 100k a year my friends yes they picking holes in your teeth unless your smart enough to tell them to stop a pick isnt meant for scraping and a scrapper doesnt have a sharp point to cause a cavity hole
I have Delta Dental Insurance and made appointments for my 2 sons & I for a cleaning at the Turfland Mall location. We had our appointments. The offices were clean & staff was polite, but the dental hygienist was rough & the dentist himself rude. My son & I needed fillings, so we made a return date. That day, they numbed half my son's face, the dentist was again rude. As we were waiting for numbing to complete, a staff member came in and informed me that they did not accept my Delta Dental, but they could still do the fillings for a little over $100 a piece. We left with my son numb for no reason. 2 weeks later I receive 3 bills for $292 a piece for the cleanings. To me that was a completely unethical move & mean to a kid. They should have checked the insurance before the cleanings or at least before the filling appointment. They should have not shot up a kid and then said oh well.
Never have hope in having teeth with well care insurance , all bs !
Horrible. Sent me to the wrong department. Sharon Denise Nichols
I don't even want to give them one star. I went to work, arrived at 8:30, and there was a sudden surge of intense pain in my molars I've never had before. It felt like I suddenly had an abscessed tooth that radiated pain throughout the left side of my mouth. Naturally, I see Urgent Care Clinic and go, as it was urgent. No matter who I talked to (and they sent me everywhere in that building) or explained my emergency, they told me come back tomorrow because they refuse registrations after 9 AM. At this time, a part of one of my molars even fell out, and still they told me there was nothing they could do. They explained that it was urgent care, but they were only used to a couple hour blocks of patients and cut it off at 9 (because, you know, emergencies end at 9 am). It's not urgent care. They should not call it that. No one could see me. The only thing I could do according to them was go to the emergency room. Luckily, someone I knew has a close dentist friend who could pencil me in and see me immediately. UK Dental Clinics are terrible and do not handle urgent situations well.
