The doctor was very nice and professional, the rest of the staff not so much.

Went to the location in Georgetown. Was not told that the contact fitting would cost $120.00. The doctor himself was very pleasant so this review has nothing to do with him. Was told that if there was a fee for my contact fitting I would be told about it during my followup. Came back the next week for my follow up and was not made aware of any fee. Went to go get contacts and was told that all of my insurance benefit money was used up for my contact exam. Never have I paid 120.00 for a contact exam. When I called to ask how much a contact exam is I was told with no insurance it's 85 but with insurance it's more expensive? So they charge more if you HAVE insurance. How is that fair?Again, the doctor there was beyond nice and helpful but I will not return due to the fact that apparently you get charged MORE if you have insurance. I don't see how that's fair at all.
And over 25% had to come out of my pocket which I was not told about until my follow up visit. Not a good way to do business.
They charged a total of $405 for a contact eye exam!
