They were very kind and professional when I took my elderly friend for her knee injections here. And I've never seen a doctor's office that moved so fast! We got my friend registered and walked over to sit in there waiting area, but they called her back literally before our butts had hit the chairs! They were really great with her and explained the process really thoroughly. Not only did they explain the medical process, but they also made sure her insurance would pay for it and explained to her exactly what her personal cost would be BEFORE they did anything so that she could decide whether or not to proceed with this treatment plan. There really great.
