We have loaned through this company 4 times in the last 7 years. As well as my sister and mother. We decided to pay off the last $180 that we owed and reborrow $600. Husband makes more than enough income to pay what would have been the monthly loan amount. However because we were late on 3 payments in the last year for less than $50, we were told that we couldn't do another loan. It took a huge hit to my husbands credit as it was 30 days late and they reported it each time. Now they tell him we cant reborrow at all. The first rep said it was because of debt to income ratio, which is a lie because we arent under any bills except rent of 639 and car of 330 and our monthly income is 3278/mth. The second rep then tried to say the same thing but switched quickly to say "im sorry but I cant talk to you because its your husbands account" but you talked to me for the last 15 minutes and hes sitting right next to me and you are on speaker phone? So then she said its because they had to report it late 3 times and that we werent eligible to reborrow at all. You can take this company and shove it! I will be sure to let everyone know how shady it is and make sure that once my mom pays off her 4k loan through you all that she never reborrows. Never in my life have I dealt with anyone so rude in all my life. To treat a customer that way after they have been loyal customers for 7 years. Yeah right! Your loss on the interest charge because we went thru USAA and were approved instantly.
Will blow your phone up 2 and 3 times a day Even call the day before it's due and if they cant reach you they will call every reference you list on the app, very little help and very rude.
