Horrible place! New Woman manager is super rude! I liked the old guy manager much better. He made it a friendlier atmosphere. The place Always has new employees that are very rude and act like they hate their job. The other day I went in and asked to tan in bed eight when all the tanning bed’s were empty, the blonde employee Gave me bed nine and when I asked if I could have bed eight that I wanted, the two employees got an attitude with me telling me they were the same thing. Why couldn’t I just have the bed I asked for? They are pretty much rude every time I go. It’s almost like they are bored and it amuses them to be rude and unfriendly. The place needs all new employees and management immediately! I’m definitely finding another place to go because this place is garbage now.
met a manager named Anthony i think, very rude. was going to report his behavior to a manager until i read his name tag and it said manager. so, i was going to get no where with that so i decided to write a review. i overheard the "N" word from him in conversation with another employee. and as a white male, i was still offended. not a good enviornment! very uncomfortable. males locker room filthy
This place is clean. Hence the extra star. Most of the staff are not kind to me. They make up rules on the fly (full article online) and when asked to see rules, they are unable to provide any. Also, if you actually want to lift heavy, go elsewhere. But hey.... what am I saying, I'll have been a year member in a month.. Thanks for roping me into that one. Well played. Well played.
The gym is as clean as one can be at all times as it's cleaned so regularly. The staff are very kind and helpful. The machines and weights are kept in great condition. They even recently purchased more equipment.
If you like to workout in cold rooms this is the place. Thermostat never goes above 64 in the winter and four large fans (which are always on) keep things nice and brisk. In the summer the thermostat never goes below 72, but the fans are cranked up so high it’s like working out in a mini tornado. No matter the season, expect the chills to follow any time you break a sweat. Bring a jacket, great place to catch a cold!
