First time visiting here. I was charged for a shampoo and cut but the lady doing my hair only cut it. The person cutting my hair did a terrible job. When cutting my hair she cut it dry. She made my bangs uneven and cut off way more than I asked for. When she went to curl my hair she yanked so hard that my eyes watered. My purse ended up under the bar of the chair and instead of lifting the chair up, she dragged the bar across my purse. I had to go to another salon to get my bangs fixed and even now they are too short. I won't be coming back here.
Tina Blacketer does my families hair and she comes highly recommended by all of us. She is friendly and really cares about you being happy and getti,g what you want. My son will not let anyone else touch his hair. Keep up the great work Tina!!!
I used to get great haircuts here in the past, but last time I had a new person named Kelly who literally just refused to cut my hair the way I requested. After I told her that the left side she did was "perfect," she then proceeded to take two more snips with the scissors off that side. I have never felt so disrespected in a hair place in my life. I don't know what happened to y'all but this place has really gone downhill fast. Hope things change because I like to be a loyal customer to the places I frequent, but sometimes the service is just so awful that you almost have no choice but to go somewhere else. I've been going to Veronica for over a year. She does an excellent job. Best hair stylist I've had. Not looking to go anywhere else.
I'd give 10 stars if I could... I went to Jill for eyelash extensions & the experience was fabulous‼️ Relaxing atmosphere, great conversation and my lashes are to die for‼️ If you want luscious lashes Jill is definitely who to go to. Thanks Jill... see you in a few weeks‼️
