Took my 4 year old son for a trim. The lady who cut his hair absolutely butchered it! It's uneven, it's got huge gaps in the front, and it's so short in places, that it's impossible to fix it until it grows back! My son's teacher asked me, this morning, if my son had "given himself a haircut"!!! And btw, he sat perfectly still for her, so there's no reason it should be this bad. I'm so upset! Please, heed my warning and DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR, YOUR CHILD'S HAIR OR ANYONE'S HAIR, DONE HERE!!!!

Followed Doris, the manager, from her salon in Richmond. I love that I get exactly what I want every time I go in and see her and I love that she has such a great attitude and is always smiling!
I only gave one star cause i had to . I thought the girl did a good job until i got home and took a better look . But my hair is so messed up in the back their is no fixing it until it grows out . In the middle of my hair in the back is real short and gaped and the sides are long .If you want a hair cut that looks like it has been cut with a weedeater just go here .the woest hair cut i have had . The next time my hair dreeser if full I will just wsit .thank god my hair dresser did manage to fix it the best she could .
Great service! The manager made sure my experience was comfortable and gave me exactly what I asked for! The other associates were very polite and respectful aswell!!!!
