I arrived as soon as the doors opened Sunday morning, and I was the first person in the waiting room. When we filled out our paperwork, they kept calling other patients ahead of us. I told the receptionist that I thought I had the flu and needed to be seen quickly because I was in a wedding in a few hours, and she rolled her eyes at me and said "sure." For the next 20 minutes, they continued to call back other patients who arrived later than I did. We ended up having to leave without being seen because I had to go to the wedding. A terribly unprofessional and unaccommodating experience.
Dr. Wicker was very professional and experienced when visiting last Tuesday with an athlete I work with while we were in for an event. Appreciated the staff and very efficient with appointments.
I go here the majority of the time I need a doctor, and never have to wait more than 15 minutes! The staff is always friendly and the doctors have always been very helpful and professional! The best urgent care I've ever been to. I would definitely recommend this place!
Beware My Social Security number was displayed in a letter. Very unproffessional. The reviews are almost all with a 4 or 5 star reviews. With their website they can delete reviews at any time. There are 12 reviews with 2 negative and 10 with a 4 or 5 star rating .Why only 2 negative out of 12 reviews . ???
I love this place and will highly recommend them to anyone. They took better care of me the my PCP.
