Went to the one on new circle with my wife, she was interested in buying herself an AR-15, but does not know a lot about guns. So after we wait forever to get help, this bull dike finally asks. So the wife is looking at a couple different models, and she is nervous. So I'm giving her my input so she doesn't buy something she'll be unhappy with. So the girl( or whatever she identifies as) starts getting rude, and finally tells wife she won't sell her one because she's "suspicious" that it might be for someone else. Way to go dans, cost yourself an $800 sell on that one. Went to the one on Versailles rd. they were more than helpful, and treated her with respect. Ended up buying a ruger 9mm, only because they didn't have the AR she wanted.
They offer way to low . Customer service it's like talking to paint drying on the wall , not impressed Mister money is owned by the same company but they offer you more money because they sell the product for more. If you have electronics take them to Refurb king they will give you more as well
Refused to give me a price over the phone for an item they had out front because they had "customers and couldn't go outside to check." I let them know they "lost" a customer to which they replied, "That's fine." Worst 5 second customer service interaction I've ever had.
