I've had 3 separate, horrible experiences at this Pandora, I like the products, but I'll be buying online exclusively from now on. Retail experiences like this store are why retail is dying. Slow slow slow, even when they aren't busy, checkout is like dividing by zero, their ipad system is unbelievably bad. I've had wrong items packaged up, missing items, damaged items and the straw that broke the camels back to write this review is I was double charged last time I was there, but to make it REALLY confusing, the double charge was not identical causing a ton of confusion. The only reason I gave them 2 stars rather than 1 is at least they are nice and somewhat understanding, but the experience of shopping there is completely unacceptable.

I was not familiar with the stuffs that they sell. I wanted to spend only $30, but I ended up spending $250 because their jewelries are interesting. I bought from Samira. She is a very nice and polite person and helps you a lot to select the best thing. I wish I had her for my own business! Lol
