Our experience with him was more of the same experience that we had with our initial attorney. Apart from the first time he said he would call back, every other promise that he made has been broken. And finally, we received a settlement letter in the mail, 1 year and 3 months after the accident, which, after their fees are taken out comes to approximately $100 more than the initial offer we had received from the insurance company. It bothers me quite a bit that when my wife called to discuss this issue with the attorney pursuant to their request in the letter, he initially tried to convince her that our initial offer from the insurance company had been $500-$1000 in order to convey that he had made us a good bit of money. It further bothered me that in a follow up conversation that he blamed her for the low settlement amount because she was unwilling to take the case to trial and then he hung up on her while she was trying to ask him further questions.
you need to call back when you say u will it is not our job to do ur job when some one calls to tell u that they changed dr it is ur job to get the info from them not my u all also need to let people know how there casse is going we have not heard from u all in about 6 months and u all do not call back when we call is that how u all need to be with people

Just about everything from that point forward was downhill. When we checked back in with the law office almost 2 months later, our lawyer informed us that he hadn't even begun working on the case. Subsequently, a multitude of promises were made to my wife and broken, phone calls were never returned, and we went months without the slightest update as to how our case was doing.
