I have been a Barkley Blevins for many years and I use the service twice a year, in springtime for a check on AC and maintenance and in the fall for heating and last year they installed a new hot Water Heater and suggested once a year that the heater be drained in order to make it last longer.
I took their advice and then they found that one of the valves(before entering the hot water heater) was partially clogged and they also replaced that valve also.
Very professional and extremely courteous and answered any questions that were of concern to me.
It was a two man team this fall due to the maintenance of the heater and normally it is usually a one man team for AC and Heating.
So I recommend if you are in need of their service give them a try and see what you think.
