They sent Billy to my home in Winchester . He was nice, polite , and he had my kitchen sink unstopped in less than 45 minuites. We had worked on it for 2 days and he was done in less than 45 minuites including giving me some stuff and showing me how to keep it from happening again. I really could not have been happier

My pipes burst and water was pouring from ceiling light fixture. Roto-Rooter (Daniel Webb) came the very next morning. Daniel Webb did a more than professional job and was very thorough in his work. He explained everything he was going to do and walked me through all the work. He cleaned everything back up. It was the best service ever. I also purchased a hot water heater 1.5 months ago. I was very pleased with the service and purchase of this as well.

Emergency service on a holiday was prompt and decent, and the technician correctly identified and explained the problem: our main sewer line to the street did need replacing. Had to give a bad 2 star review because the bid/quote for the job was absolutely outrageous- over $8,000.00 and they wanted 1/2 of it upfront before beginning any work. I don't live in a super wealthy neighborhood and we don't have the extra home insurance for this kind of situation, so I'm not sure why they thought I'd have that kind of money. Needless to say, got some very different quotes and ended up proceeding with another reputable company that did the same job for less than half the price- passed city and state inspection. Maybe for little jobs or emergency snaking of a drain Roto-Rooter is okay, but I will never recommend them for any type of larger job.
