No waiting area, with the cold it is distressing to not have a place to sit n wait if you arrive early for your bus.
I never done a review before but this is well worth it. Had bought a ticket to the Columbus station from Lexington and the bus was supposed to leave at 4pm. Well get there at 445 and the bus already left lady at the Lexington station was so rude and told me to be there faster next time but the bus did not leave till 4... so called customer service and they said they can’t give your money back or refund the ticket. But they leave earlier then the bus time is supposed to but thats supposed to be okay? Will definitely be getting a lawyer for that. Never use them.

The desk personnel are super, and the station manager (the cat--really sweet) keeps everything running smoothly. (no really! He does!) The drivers and desk personnel are all very professional and courteous and helpful, and the bathrooms are kept clean. It is a pleasure to ride into Lexington on these smooth-riding buses.
i would give zero stars if it was optional. the lady that works inside is so rude . it is 12 degrees and she opened the doors 15 minutes late, then told an eldee lady she wasnt gonna listen to her mouth, she can do what she wants, theres nothing the lady can do about it . then a man walks in yelling at a feorien lady saying " IF I YELL IT IM MEAN BLAH BLAH " The lady couldn't speak good english . it was a terrible time . last time i came here the bus left 20 minutes early and said it was my fault for not being 30 minutes early , so today i was early and was outside im 12 degree weather for 20 minutes .
