Horrible quality. I had a new pair never worn in the box that I pulled out to wear and the stitching around the sole had completely ripped away. I contacted them about warranty repairs and they said that even though they were unworn, they wouldn't warranty them as I didn't have the original receipt or that the warranty had expired. I had them new in the closet for longer than a year. The pictures of the boots attached were of another pair that I haven't worn often. It snowed today so I wore them for the first time since last winter. I noticed some brown stuff on the floor at work, and looked at the boot and saw that the sole was falling apart in a similar way as the other pair. It's difficult to believe that boots that have barely been worn have the soles fall apart and the stitching break.
