I love Lulu lemon and have always associated them with great quality and amazing customer service which should be expected because of how much these items cost. The store at the Summit however was the exact opposite of any high expectations set by other Lulu lemon stores. I came in to exchange merchandise I had bought yesterday and I had the tags and the receipt. I tried to explain to someone that I own another pair of these exact pants and they were more high waisted and asked if they had a more high waisted pair and she told me they were already high waisted and so then I told her I would just like to exchange them and put the money on a gift card and then I swear she just looked at me for like 45 seconds like I was crazy. There were several other employees in the store, one of whom I assumed was a manager and they all just watched instead of assisting. After looking at for the longest time, after I asked for the money to be put back on a giftcard, she tried to show me the other styles and I just stood where I was and said I don't want to look at any other ones, I'm on a time restraint and I would just prefer to get the money back on a gift card and then she just stopped and looked at me again and at this point I felt like all of the employees are just staring at me and I want to cry because I was so uncomfortable. She told me I was not allowed to do this again unless I had the tags attached to the item even though I had the tags there. I will never be shopping at this Lulu lemon again.
