They don't know how to measure and fit shoes for kids. Not impressed, and I like New Balance.
I just bought a pair of shoes at this location. As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted and the gentleman who helped me immediately noticed that I walk on the outsides of my souls. Very attentive! Yes the shoes are a little pricey, but if you have difficulty finding the right fit for your feet then it is worth the money to find the perfect shoe. I went to many different shoe stores in the Lexington area last week and could not find very many sizes that were available in a wider width. It's very frustrating. I hate shoe shopping. It was so easy at New Balance! Thank you Miles!
I found a fantastic pair of shoes to go along with the excellent customer service. Thanks to Justin I'm now running pain-free!
