Staff is very friendly and they do amazing at pedicures. I've had my eyebrows waxed twice there, the first time it was a very pleasant experience. Second time and I believe it was a different person.. the lady kept re-waxing underneath my eyebrows like 4 times. Afterwards underneath my eyebrows were a little sore and tender but once I got home and removed my make-up I realized she had pulled my skin off and now I have scabs on both sides, making it look like I've been in a fight. The lady who did my eyebrows was very sweet and I will go back for pedicure but never again for waxing.
I really wish they could do a pedicure and manicure at the same time. I’m always crunched for time and the last few times I’ve stopped in I have to pick one or the other....even though a quick look around and there are usually a few employees browsing on their cell phones. I want to love this place!
Hands down the best nails salon in the area! I highly recommend their work to everyone! You will not be disappointed!!
I’ve visited this place four times. The first time I went was to get my nails done. I got acrylics and regular polish. The other three visits were because my nails had broken and they needed to be fixed. Ridiculous. As much money as you spend there, you’d think they’d manage to use products that are half decent and won’t fall apart on you after a week. And it’s not like I work in construction; I’m not a receptionist or anything else that requires extensive, rigorous use of my hands. I’m a mom & a cocktail waitress. I pick things up and put them down. Why are my nails ALWAYS breaking. They get a second star because the space is nice but that’s it. Never going there again.
I work at another location at the summit and a girl came in who had clearly just had her brows waxed and they looked AMAZING. I asked her about them and she pointed me toward you all and was raving about your amazing prices. I went in the next day because my brows were in desperate need of attention and they got the opposite. My friend spent more time fixing them after I got home that night than the lady did in the store. This was not a relaxing experience as the materials needed were not in the room and the lady was going in and out of the room to get more wax each time. She only waxed the bottom of my eyebrows when clearly the girl who I spoke to that recommended you all had the tops of the brows done as well- just like my brows have been waxed at every other salon I've been too. There was about 10 seconds of plucking to the bridge between my eyebrows which clearly needed to be waxed and still had plenty of hair there that obviously needed to go and the part that she did actually wax took out a whole row of eyebrow on one side that made my eyebrows very apparently uneven. There were plenty of stragglers on the outsides of my brows that did not even get touched. On top of this, the lady spilled wax on my eyelid and eyelashes and sorta cleaned it off which was essentially pulling out a few eyelashes and leaving the rest stuck to them for me to get out once I got home. Yes the price was great but I essentially payed 10 dollars for a few eyelashes pulled, 5 minutes in the shop, and 30 minutes at home fixing it all. The facility was amazingly BEAUTIFUL and everyone was so nice. But it was the most stressful and uncomfortable experience I have had in any sort of beauty salon. :(
