Awesome brewery with tasty beers. They have something new every time I come here. Laid back atmosphere.
This brewery is one of the best in town. I've been coming to ethereal since they first got started, years ago. They continue to make beer that is surprising, creative, and delicious. I love coming here for the beer and atmosphere. Huge patio, big bar and indoor seating area as well. I'm including a picture from tonight where we sampled several totally unique beers and their delicious beer cheese.
However, this is not a place to take someone who doesn't like sour/funky beers. There are times when I come here and there's just not anything that I (or my friend, or whoever I'm with) want to drink. Keep that in mind. But if your group is feeling adventurous, this is the best place in town.
I love Ethereal! They regularly have some of the best beers on tap for Lexington craft beer and are incredibly dog friendly, allowing dogs indoors as well as outside at their picnic table area. They often have great beer release events as well as charitable events for organizations like the humane society. Great place all around!
Fantastic atmosphere, maybe the best or second best in town. I've been on a sour kick recently, so I've been loving their beer.
This place is completely hidden from the road. You enter a gate that looks like you are going to the type of industrial park where mafia stuff corpses in furnaces and voila! there is this totally redone area with a handful of super classy restaurants and this brewery. We loved what they did here! Total rejuvenation of this little part of this industrial complex.
