Update: this is a response from one of the employees or owners at this store regarding the photo theft through a message sent to them via ebay (by someone other than myself)
Whoever sells their stuff on ebay has decided to use MY photo (without my permission) of an Incredible Hulk Lava lamp for sale. I find it interesting that they have to steal photos that are clearly not representative of the actual item they are selling to use on ebay. Buyer beware, what you see might not be what you get.
Went to go buy X-men Gold #1 today. Arrived at store 5 minutes after they opened. Owner was not there. So two of us were waiting outside. 5 minutes later he finally arrived. The other guy waiting with me was picking up "his" copy of the same title, but it was not in a folder. I walked straight in, could not find it on the shelf, owner literally jumped in front of me to pull the 4 copies off the shelf (it was the last shelf I was getting to) and told me that Diamond has pulled them from sale (this is not true, not has Marvel announced any sort of pull). Handed the other guy one of the ones he pulled from right in front of my face and took the rest to the back. I replied with that's the book I came to buy today. He said sorry and would not sell it. Will never go there again. The courteous thing to do would be to have sold it to me since it was on the shelf and I told him that's why I was there and he pulled it off the shelf right in front of me. That's the kind of business that's ran here folks. I'm not a pull list customer so I did not matter.
Owner and staff make sure to get what I need, always want me to leave satisfied and I am always. Great selection, but helps to let them know in advance to get those popular issues, etc.
Been shopping there for a while now. Good deal on the folder. Owner isn't friendly but everyone else is great! Lots of merchandise and collectors items.
Best comic and toy shop in town. Love this place everyone there is super friendly and helpful.

WOW, huh? (note the sarcasm?) Here's a thought...try and be a little more petty next time, and do a little extra to protect pictures used on your site. I told my manager to find a stock pic of a loose Hulk lava lamp on Google Images, and the rest is history (I know..saving a little time makes me negligent and almost criminal (heavy sarcasm), but that's where you and the petty part come in).
