If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I will gladly drive out of my way to visit a different McDonald’s. Nothing but rude kids who don’t even speak when you come to the window or at all for that matter unless it’s a sigh with an eye roll WHEN (not if) you tell them your order is wrong. Then proceed to have an attitude about fixing it. Terrible customer service and something is always wrong.
McDonalds is fast food correct? It never feels like it is here. Slow service & terrible customer service. They can't even add toppings to a burger, I got maybe 6 little shreds of lettuce on ny burger. But they will soak your sandwich in ketchup.
I live less than 2 minutes away. Food was cold by the time I got home, I'd guess it was given to me cold, even though I sat in the drive through for several minutes. My assumption was they were fixing fresh food. Fries so salty they are inedible. Forgot to add the sauces that I was asked about when I ordered my food.
This place had always been a roll of the dice for late night service. Think I'm done playing.
The kiosks were broken and glitched. We ordered our food off of one that said it was working and didn’t receive it. Fix the problem. If I could leave half a star I would.
