Fun place, good teas. Be sure to try the orange tea.
When I asked them to use my Starbucks rewards for the most expensive teas, their friendly attitude disappeared in a second. Instead of doing what I asked them to do, they used my rewards for the least expensive items and charged me over ten dollars more than what it should've been. They have no respect for loyal customers. Sorry Teavana, I'd rather get much better quality tea from other places than going to this store and having to deal with your disrespectful sales people.
