Poor staff organization and training. There were 4 people working behind the counter, and this store/drive through wasn't even busy, yet they forgot to make my order. Only after I asked did they "attempt" to make my drink. I had to tell two different workers my order, only to receive the incorrect drink in the end.
Larger Starbucks with more food options and convenient seating. New and bright.
It told me online that they had the nitro cold brew which is by far my favorite drink but when I went there to order it they apparently don't carry it. It's a little bit disappointing and it would be nice if they showed on the app that they don't sell it so as not to mislead people.
Very clean store and the baristas are super knowledgeable and friendly!
