crappy workers accusing people of stealing
I spend a lot of money at rue and was treated very poorly tonight. It clearly lists on Google and the website they were going to be open until 7 on nye when I arrived shortly after 6 the doors were locked. Several employees saw me and ignored me laughed, they were talking amongst themselves and laughing while myself and 3 other customers were outside freezing. Finally Mary came to the door with a smirk on her face,I showed her that the Internet said they closed at 7,she said Google made a mistake... i told her that Google didn't do it,then showed her that the rue 21 also said 7. She said that they'd already closed down the drawers and,one of the other ladies told her that she called earlier and was told 7 as well and that she had just driven from Nicholasville because of it Mary just laughed and said sorry in a very condescending tone. They thought it was funny that we were inconvenienced and upset. Not cool.
