Horrible customer service experience. Seems like I was the only person in there not ask or assisted. As I looked at the underwear, which is the only reason I went in, the store associates hawked over me but did not offer to assist me. It was just overall a terrible experience Because I had questions about the many offers that were plastered around the store but nobody seem to want to help. They were more interested in making sure I didn't steal then giving me a quality customer service experience. Choose any Victoria's Secret in Lexington but this one
The ladies were real nice and helpful, but one thing is watch out when you check out with coupons they Scan one but not the other. I did call in and they are willing to reimburse me for the coupon. Very good quality.
