If you buy in bulk or large quantities you can't go wrong. The trick is to be selective and to take the time to do cost comparisons. There are tremendous deals to be found here for those willing to take the extra time. All the in house Kirkland brands I have tried have been superior products and their meats, fruits, and vegetables are all fresh and tasty. For those that get hungry while shopping, their in store food is well priced and you have a comfortable and clean place to eat. A wonderful atmosphere and an equally wonderful place to shop - one of the few stores I don't dread visiting.
Great club warehouse. Good prices on the majority of items. Selection at this particular one is not as good as in other larger cities. Gas is usually 3 to 10% cheaper here than in any other station in the area. The yearly membership pays for itself after about 8 to 9 months of gas fill ups there with that kind of savings (in my particular case).
I joined as a business account. They asked for my tax # so I wrote it down and delivered it. No, they said, we need the tax # paperwork. So, as a genius, I brought paperwork AND the actual license they NEVER ASKED FOR and that's what they needed. Then, the dummies left that precious number off my card. I did not know to say: I am tax free, so don't charge me 6%. When purchasing for me in one bundle and the store in another cart, I learned of my omission and their omission. It has cost me near about 100 bucks in extra tax? Or so. And they dropped my fruit cups and cracked one and luckily I cleaned the mess before it spread up and down shelves. Still, the efficiency is impressive and all humans make mistakes. I saw a power backup system for important electronics and I grabbed it fast because they have the deals. And later verified the good deal with competitors. I did not want to buy a printer here because you are on your own as far as researching your needs. Staples held my hand through that time killing process
