Wonderful place to shop!!! Discounts are fabulous.. ..and getting back Kohl's bucks is awesome.....when they are available!!!!!!

Shopping on the Friday before Christmas is never easy but at Kohl's in Hamburg was. The employees at the service desk doing exchanges, returns, etc. were amazingly fast and efficient, not to mention cheerful. It was so much easier than I expected. The store itself was of course full of customers yet each department I visited was orderly and well stocked. Check out lanes moved swiftly and my cashier was all smiles. A shopping trip that I was dreading turned out to be completely hassle free.
Retail pricing. Nothing really on sale unless you include buy one get one 1/2 off. Staff are a little chatty, and a little too comfortable socializing near customers
