The doctor dropped me from her patient list for no reason. Tried to reschedule an appointment and she wouldn't allow it.

I had injured my hand playing basketball and decided to go here to have it looked at. After an XRay that showed nothing they suggested an MRI which was scheduled for a couple days later. After getting the MRI I called to see what the next steps were and the receptionist on the phone said that the doctors diagnosis was 'nothing serious' and that to get any more information I should schedule an appt the soonest which was a month away. I asked her what I should do in the meantime to heal my hand and she had no recommendations but that the doctor would have more information at the appt. Doctor Neopolitano saw me a month later and look I'm not one to like expect a hug when I go to the doctors office but she didn't even introduce herself when she came in. She reiterated the diagnosis I received my first visit: I had 'probably' done damage to a ligament. After maybe 5 minutes of gruffly responding to my questions she got up to leave. I asked if we couldn't have gone over this information on a phone call instead of an entire visit to the office but she said it was protocol to have another visit. She left the room without another word and I was charged $539. Again, I'm not expecting like a hug every time I come in but no one seemed to care.
