These guys are a class act. They were very professional, unintrusive, and they stayed on schedule and on budget. I had a project done by one of their competitors a few years ago, and the difference between the two titled dramatically in favor of Back. I will use them again without hesitation.
I have worked on many projects with BACK Construction. All of the projects have been run safely and professionally. The BACK team communicates very well and I have never seen a client that was not happy with their decision to choose BACK Construction. They really do build it BACK better!
I found pros and cons of this company, but overall feel they provide a 3 star or "good overall" service. Similar to other reviewers, we selected Back due to their professionalism and high quality reviews despite a pretty high price tag, which they were honest about. They are also one of a few Pella door/window certified installers around. The communication throughout the project was fantastic. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy. The project manager communicated well and the door was installed earlier than originally expected, which was wonderful. I had high hopes for perfection and unfortunately the job fell short. When we inspected the work after the crew left, we found that the brand new door screen and latch were both cracked and the door and trim we thought would be finished has 44 staple/nail holes that were not filled in and painted. These holes are noticeable and create a very unfinished look. On Back's behalf, they did contact me the next day to ensure my satisfaction (again, great communication). I shared my concerns and they are replacing the screen door, but claim the holes are common. Most are small, but they are very noticeable and to me, represent a company not good with the details. After spending $4300 on a patio door and install, I didn't expect to have to spend my own time and more money filling in holes and painting a brand new door that was supposed to be finished. Very disappointing. As a result, we will no longer use Pella products or Back Construction.

We had a closet installed in a new location, a laundry relocated from one floor to another, and a pocket door installed. This project involved electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and drywallers. The project supervisor checked in and out with me each day the workers were here. There was never more than one day of no work being done. (Once the project started, the supervisor assured it was completed in a timely and efficient manner.) Each and every crew cleaned up after themselves very well on a daily basis before leaving. Each worker was friendly and had pleasant manners. The bid was not the cheapest, but this company made sure all the work was of top quality and up to code. We got what we paid for - professional quality and service. Excellent job! Will hire again.
