Gray is filled with good people who all genuinely have the best interests of customers and subcontractors at heart. This is not a common characteristic in construction and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with and for this company. Fantastic General Contractor!

I am part of a construction company and have worked alongside Gray on 3 separate jobs. I have never seen a company allow thier employees to be as disrespectful as theirs in my entire career. If my workers had deserved it, sure, lay into them and sort them out. But their employee’s and manager’s behavior was uncalled for, disrespectful, and extremely over the line. I wouldn’t suggest taking a job from them unless you prefer being talked to like a dog. Furthermore, I wouldn’t suggest working for them either. Have a close friend that they screwed out of a couple of thousand dollars in vacation days, and his bonus when he quit. Definitely not an employee or contractor friendly company
