Extremely bad experience !! I took my husband wedding band in due to the diamond falling out . I figure with lifetime warranty it would be replaced . Manger said they would replace the ring and it would take three weeks. They called a week later to say that dimond could not be replaced and that the ring was discontinued and I could get a refund. I went to store to find out that I could only pick out a different ring of same value or more they said they couldn't give me the difference and I would have to purchase a new warranty for ring. Her words were she was not suppose to give me diffence in price but could (basically to get me out of store) because the ring similar was less money and if I didn't purchase a warranty could not return it if it was not proper size. NEVER going back to Zales
I got my wife a forever us ring from there and they said after everything that we would owe 1,400 dollars for it with no money down and interest free for 12 months. Then we got our statement and it said we owed 1,799 dollars for the ring. So luckily enough we have just enough time to take it back within the 30 days what a rip off and a bunch of bs just to try and make a sale that is no way to treat your customers.

Terrible experience. Went in store and asked about theft warranty and she said that I could purchase a warranty. Called back about the warranty and was told that is was no longer offered. I then called corporate and was told they could not find the transaction when I had just got off the phone with the local store and they pulled it up with no trouble! I have had an absolutely terrible time with this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! if I could give them 1/3 of a star I would.
Came in here the other day and had a terrible experience. Sales lady was rude, told her my budget was $1500 and she laughed in my face. Asked about a moisonite ring and she rolled her eyes saying she "wouldn't pay money for moisonite". She was obnoxious and seemed to look down on us. Wound up going to a different jewelry store in the mall and had a wonderful sales lady that went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Congratulations Zales you lost a paying customer.
