Not very happy with customer service. I have bought several feeders for family and myself. Last feeder I bought leaked. It was also purple. Same food in as in my red feeders. But on top of refilling everydayfrom leak my hummers WOULD NOT eat from it. Only my red ones. I took it back today at the start of the season (because they highly advertise lifetime guarantee on merchandise and customer satisfaction ) and told them it leaked and asked if I could get a red one. He insisted they would eat from purple and instead of giving me a replacement for leaking one- said they had lots of "spare parts" in the back and gave me same top I took in but a new bottom. Really???? Think I will order Amazon from now on.
They were so helpful in setting me up with a bluebird box and the seed for all my feeders. Very friendly and knowledgeable!! The prices were right too!!
