This office helped me beyond what was expected. I'm a truck driver and had to receive a new DOT Physical to which I flunked on my eye exam. They helped direct me to another Concentra that was located close to an optometrist office and better parking at Walmart for food. They helped so must with written and oral directions and words of encouragement. Amen for these people the way they helped me back in Jan of 2017. Excellent Wonderful Service!
Went because I developed a very sore throat and felt achy, requested a strep test. The staff who did my initial intake could be heard outside of my door exclaiming “she has a fever and it’s definitely not strep.” Upon hearing about my negative strep test, they tested flu (also negative) and I could hear the same attendant describe me to the PA on call saying “she just has a scratchy throat.” I felt shamed for asking for treatment, let alone a diagnosis/medication if I had a bacterial infection that needed antibiotics. These are services I pay for through my occupation and I was beyond disappointed to be treated this way by “professionals.” They should note that patients can hear through the doors and maybe have some more compassion - I wouldn’t have been there if I wasn’t trying to feel better.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The doctor and staff were very friendly and went above and beyond for me. The office was very clean and I was in and out very quickly. I will definitely be returning.
My first experience at Concentra Urgent Care was the best experience I've ever had with an urgent care clinic. The staff, nurses, and doctor were courteous, and the facility was exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend Concentra Urgent Care to anyone.
Longer wait than I would have liked. I think that has been the case every time I have been at this location, but it was New Year’s Eve, so I cannot complain that much. Good service with Assistant and Practicioner once I was called back to the patient room. They didn’t perform any test that they didn’t consider necessary, so I got the best service at the best price.
